If you’re still in school—or raising someone who is—you know spring break is just around the corner. For those of you who are counting down to some time off, I wanted to share a few pieces from the Latham Interiors store that might make this season’s traveling (or staycationing) a little more enjoyable, stress-free, or stylish!
1. Latham Tote, $40
I’m not totally unbiased on this one (obviously), but these Latham Totes are perfect for packing up for a short trip, beach day, or apres-ski walk around town. With a full zipper closure and super sophisticated black canvas material, it’s an awesome choice for any jetsetter or weekend warrior. The interior zippered pocket is my favorite—perfect for key fobs, spare change, a pair of sunglasses, your phone, or whatever other essentials you’re bringing.
2. Aegean Towels, $46
Especially if you’re tight on space, you’ll love these organic Turkish cotton towels. All six colors are highly absorbent, quick to dry, and won’t collect sand (big plus for me!). Even with a high thread count, our Aegean Towels are incredibly lightweight, so they fold compactly without taking up a lot of room. Plus, since these are all naturally anti-bacterial, they’ll stay fresher than any other traditional cotton alternative. If you’ve been holding onto those fraying beach towels from the 2000s, you owe yourself this one.
3. Claire Ceramic Citrus Reamer, $18
If you’re lucky enough to be enjoying some warmer weather coming up, test out our Claire Ceramic Citrus Reamer with your favorite margarita or fruity cocktail recipe. Simple and classy, I love how this reamer brings together black terra cotta and white ceramic glaze. It’s a pretty and practical addition to your kitchen lineup that you’ll be loving long after break is over.
4. Geo Waves Throw, $122
Say hello to one of our newest arrivals, the Geo Waves Throw! Perfect for anyone who’s planning a staycation this spring break, it’s made from 100% organic cotton with plenty of fun colors, textures, and tropical style. Pick out a movie, kick your feet up, and get comfy.
Planning trips can be stressful any time of the year, but I think spring break is one of the most fun times to be with my family. Stock up on your favorite necessities and try to enjoy the craziness. Travel safe—and don’t forget to soak it all in!
